What Could Be Better For Your Business...
than dozens of associates with hundreds of connections sending thousands of opportunities your way? Clients who need what you do and who have been told you do it well. That’s what the Houston Executive Roundtable is all about. Helping other people grow their businesses while they help you grow yours. And having fun doing it.
How good are we at this?
HER has been referring reciprocally for three decades and has generated over $24,000,000 for members! Isn’t it amazing what our word-of-mouth referring can accomplish?
The secret is familiarity and trust. We get to know each other’s strengths and needs. (We don’t just pass out business cards.) So that in the end, our referrals are viable, realistic and result in win-win-win situations.
|
| * Three Roads To Success |
* A Highly Spirited Group! |
Our philosophy is based on three tenets:
1. To promote and exchange business. (Refer unto others as you would have them refer unto you.)
2. To keep up to date on the Houston business climate. (See Speaker program.)
3. To help members reach personal and professional goals. (We’re more than just business associates; we’re a close-knit group of friends as well.)

| You’d be hard-pressed to find a group with more energy at 7:00 AM than HER. More than one speaker has asked what we put in the coffee. (What are they talking about? Some of us don’t even drink coffee!) That’s part of the camaraderie we’ve nurtured through the years. A camaraderie that creates long-lasting friendships that continue to grow. In addition, our seriously relaxed social schedule runs the gamut from back yard pool parties to mini-car racing and much more. Spouses, family, friends and guests are always welcome. A sense of humor is de rigueur. |

Diverse, Dedicated, Developing Membership.
HER takes pride in the membership’s wide range of people and their areas of expertise. Virtually every business category is open for membership with no restrictions on sex, race or religion. However, honesty, integrity and confidentiality are not only encouraged but also expected. So it comes as no surprise that many of our members have won prestigious awards and been honored for their contributions and leadership in the Houston business community.
To become a member you must be sponsored by a current member, be involved in a legal, viable business, attend at least three consecutive HER meetings and submit an application. Our by-laws allow for only one member per business category.
Although members have remained in good standing for many years, the membership is dynamic and openings occur regularly through attrition, retirement and career changes.
Visitors are encouraged to attend our meetings to observe, participate and enjoy. For arrangements, contact any of the members on the following list.

| * Who’s Doing What in Houston? |
* Fun to Serious. |
An integral part of HER is keeping abreast of members’ businesses and the Houston area business climate. To that end we have a three-pronged speaker program.
* The first features members’ half hour presentations that help us understand their businesses thoroughly so we can make better referrals for them.
* The second has members giving informational talks on their different areas of expertise.
* The third features experts from a variety of business, government and social organizations who explain their activities and expand our knowledge of the Houston area and business climate. Amazing what you can learn.

| While HER’s primary goal is business referrals, we also emphasize personal enjoyment and improvement. Our social schedule has brought us closer at comedy club karaokes, bowling competitions, mini-car racing, picnics on the lake, holiday get-togethers, dinners, lunches, and a healthy helping of happy hours. Bottom line: we laugh a lot.
We also believe that as you receive, so should you give, and our charity program includes weekly raffles with proceeds going to deserving people. In addition, individual members often make announcements for, and promote, their favorite charity organizations.
