HER takes pride in the membership’s wide range of people and their areas of expertise. Virtually every business category is open for membership with no restrictions on sex, race or religion. However, honesty, integrity and confidentiality are not only encouraged but also expected. So it comes as no surprise that many of our members have won prestigious awards and been honored for their contributions and leadership in the Houston business community.

To become a member you must be introduced by a current member, be involved in a legal, viable business, attend at least three consecutive HER meetings and submit an application. Our by-laws allow for only one member per business category.

Although members have remained in good standing for many years, the membership is dynamic and openings occur regularly through attrition, retirement and career changes.
